A resistance based form of Pilates using weighted springs and pully's on a moving carriage or bed.  Very gentle on joints which makes this form of Pilates for everybody from the elite athlete to the injured or beginner to exercise.  The classes have a maximum of four so its a very personal and attentive experience.
